👍COMMITMENT

  • Each session is 45 minutes.
  • You have to attend all of the sessions, participate in the discussions, and do the assignments.
  • You must arrive on time and stay the whole session (few exceptions can be excused).
  • If you have to miss sessions you’d agree to proactively coordinate that with me, listen to the recordings and do the assignments to stay ahead or catch up. You agree that up are willing to invest an additional 30-45 minutes per week outside of the group sessions for the assignments, applying the skills, reading material, and watching assigned videos.
  • By being accepted, you agree to all this, and that if you don’t, you agree to be removed from the training and pay a non-attendance/non-participation  fee of $250.
  • At the completion of the training, you agree to give me a written or video testimonial at the end of the class recommending the training to others. You also agree to give me feedback throughout the training of how I can improve it.

By participating you agree to be recorded and included but with the agreement that we will remove all the names used during our conversations to keep everyone’s identity confidential and anonymous.

It’s also designed for business owners who are running a small operation and needing to implement managers or supervisors for better streamlining. If you’re doubting if you qualify, don’t hesitate to apply. If you don’t qualify, I’ll share with you other training options I offer where you may qualify.
